Life story:
On November 28 1985, Halco was born in the capital of Bosnia,Sarajevo.He had a great childhood,everything was going well until the war started in 1992,Halco was 7 years old when the war broke out,he had to leave his parents behind and come to the USA.He went with his well-off uncle,narrowly escaping the enemy forces,getting onto a ship and sailing to USA,Texas;Meanwhile on the ship his uncle met a famous gangster that has also fled the country.The gangster promised little Halco a spot in his crew when he grows up,and Halco liked the thrill of doing crimes and escaping unscathed.He shortly joined the gang after finishing school and started his criminal career. He was widely searched for by every law enforcement officer,even having a spot on the top 10 most wanted men by the FIB.After having enough of running he fled to Los Santos under a new name and a new career path.

Halco spent alot of his time and skills in LEO organisations,making his way trough ranks in every org he has been in,and Halco liked going to gangs inbetween LEO leaderships to get all his anger out,he liked doing it more than enforcing the law.One day he was approached by a guy who was running for governor,asking for his families support when he runs for governor.Halco got a job offer he couldnt decline,giving him a high command position in the goverment.He likes his current position and his job but he gets urges to do crime,but he cant because he is a Goverment Official,but he stopped caring about his job and now he wants to be himself while on the job.
Outcomes:
1 - Halco can take bribes which sum up to 100k max
2 - Halco can try to break bodycams if he finds any on his victims (can attempt 2 times using /try)
3 - Halco can keep illegal weapons he picks up from killed gang members
4 - Halco can sell illegal weapons and illegal items in black market
5 - Halco has a radio off duty
6 - Halco can interrogate and torture victims for information on other people
7 - Halco can feel generous and let 10-15s go free
