Today, while I was fishing in the game, my session suddenly crashed. After reopening the game 10-15 minutes later, I found that my account had been banned, with the reason cited as "cheats." I want to clarify that I have never used cheats in my entire gaming experience.
Hoping this was a misunderstanding, I decided to log into my secondary account to contact an admin. Unfortunately, I discovered that this account was also banned, with the reason mentioning "previous cheats" by Bob Bonkers. I would like to provide some context: when Bob Bonkers previously issued a 60-day ban, it was due to an accidental bug abuse on my part. At that time, I was unable to see the prison walls and inadvertently tried to escape, leading to the ban.
I respectfully request that you review the bans on both of my accounts, as I believe this situation is a misunderstanding. I appreciate your time and consideration in addressing this matter.
