Dear Higher Admin,
I have been banned for GR 1.7 ( gifting huge amount solars). I think there is some misunderstandings I want to clear. ID 41810 is my friend and we are very trusted mates each other. So Firstly ID 41810 was about getting money from me cause he owes some money from me. One day he ordered 1000 solars from my family guy but the thing was I had to buy the solars cause he wasnt available at the city that time. As he owes money from me so we decided to sell the car as the state value price then its all sort out. There was no gifting intention.
Also to be honest I am facing this issue first time that for giving the huge amount of giving solars I am getting banned. Also the amount of this solar price comes to 250k only for 1000 solars.
As per GR 1.7 rule it says It is forbidden to transfer property as a gift (including neon shoes), whose total amount exceeds $5.000.000(You are allowed to receive 5.000.000$ and transfer 5.000.000$ per day.)(It is allowed to withdraw/deposit money from/to family balance.)
Now the thing is solar is not so much expensive that it exceeds more than 5m or something it was only total amount 250k.
I have been playing GRP since 1.5 years I never faced these type of issues before. And if it would be as a gifting of items whats wrong here? There is no gifting items option in GRP if someone want to gift cars or any expensive item to his friend for any special ocassion whats wrong in it? And I want to know another thing If i can give someone 5M hand cash why I cannot give someone the items of 200-300k worth amounts? I have seen a lot of people, family guy or friends doing like this passing cars or any expensive item to fam owner before, passing friend level 3 bagpack which comes to 200-300k. I even not going to lie I passed good things normally worth 200-300k to my newbie friends to help them out at starting and I did it because I felt confident that time that it was not against the rule of GR 1.7 and till before getting banned I had the same thing in mind. Maybe there was misunderstanding of mine to understand the rules cause its written there the items which exceeds more than 5m the 1000 solars price is 250k total which is not that kind amount of money.
So, I am looking for a chance this time as I didnt know the GR 1.7 rule thing properly cause it was not elaborated like that. I hope and request you to consider and lift or reduce my punishment this time.
