1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
The next step, the challenge. My recent opportunity through the selection process was a humbling experience. I focused on one element (rules) out of several aspects that make an administrative position viable for every player. I could have known many of the scenarios asked, but I failed to recognize them because they didn't concern me. Looking back now as an administrator, everything in this city (server) needs to concern me.

3. What are your strengths?
- Comprehension - Capable of fully grasping concepts, situations, or whatever the subject matter is.
- Adaptability - With projects like these I know there are a lot of moving parts. If I were an administrator and had to switch curations (crime to state, state to crime, one org to another) it wouldn't bother me. It would allow me to curate from a different perspective.
- Patience - Extremely patient. Most players in the server just want to be heard/listened to. I'm no more special than they are, I have the time to understand the situation and help to my ability. I'm very empathetic. Usually not correlated with patience, but I'm able to relate and empathize with newer players who genuinely need help. Or an RP scene that has to be replayed from the beginning because of a language barrier, a newer family not knowing procedures for robbing, a hostage situation, or whatever the case may be; I enjoy that. Helping, watching, teaching and learning.
- Competence - I like to think I'm a very competent person, so when I observe someone who isn't performing to what should be normal or 'standard' to my estimation it causes me to question their work ethic.
- Perfectionism - Almost aligned with competence, needing everything to be done correctly or even orderly is essential to me. Almost to a fault. As an LEO I've always made sure my patrol logs were organized precisely with everything jotted down. Having said that, seeing disorderly or messy work irritates me.
- Independence - Coming from a college background I'm wired to handle a lot of things myself. I dislike relying on people to a certain extent which is something I am working on. This perspective does not hold me back from being a team player.
- Communication - Very effective at conveying ideas. Especially with the diverse audience that plays within the city, I know how to address different backgrounds/cultures.
- Problem Solving - Pretty straightforward, I've been an administrator before so I'm used to all the different scenarios thrown at you (for the most part). Early mornings, middle of the night, holiday months. Whenever or wherever you have to always be able to (or at least to the best of your ability) identify solutions and make effective decisions.
- Team-player/Teamwork - I'm very good at throttle control. Knowing when to be reserved and attentive versus assertive or forward-leaning. The constant contribution of ideas or respecting others' perspectives is more critical than anything else I've mentioned. As seen by the growth and progression of the project.
