Hello dear GrandRP team,
I was banned 19.05 9:30 p.m. due to a positive PC check. They banned me because of a Windows 11 setting called "Sgrmbroker".
This "Sgrmbroker" file is a normal prefetch file, and the new PC checkers should know that this is the case for many Windows 11 users and that you cannot be banned for it.
Johnson Baron said that I admitted in the PC check that I had tested a cleaner for a friend, which is not true. Joe Savage said I should go to data management. During the time I went there, I said, "If you're thinking about the cleaner, then I have no idea either." He then asked me why I have a "FAT32" volume. What I said was that my friend was afraid to do something like that and asked me because he thought something might happen to his PC. Then I just did it for him and then everything was fine. I have never had anything to do with a cleaner and will never do anything like that. I also deleted the volume and hope you can understand
I just created a volume so my friend would know it's nothing bad. He told me what I need to set the volume and also apologized for being rejected in the first thread because of this matter. I never admitted in the PC check that I made a volume for Cleaner or other 4.1 things.
And i am asking you now dear mazhor if you can check the clip
