Life Story:
Richard Killa, born into a poor family in Los Santos, drew inspiration from his father's hard work as a fisherman while mom stayed at home taking care of Richard’s 3 brothers and 3 sisters. To survive, Richard turned to a life of crime and was drawn to the gang life to make ends meet. Determined to break free from a life of crime, Richard pursued a career in FIB, driven by a desire to make a difference and to help support his last family . Despite his focus on money, he was still generous with his money to wait staff, random acts of kindness, and to his friends. He also spends a lot of time volunteering to the homeless. The problem is there isn’t enough time in a day and there is a constant financial pressure lingering around at all times. This brings back the memories and trouble of his financial issues growing up making him turn into a life of crime with his crime of saving the world. Richard has worked his way up the ranks time and time again and is a trusted commander in any org he is in. He has talents in strategy and winning the hearts of his colleagues and people closest to him. Richard also has time and time again proven to be a true leader and loyal ally to any and all he interacts and works with. He is one of the smartest people and knows the way to work his up in any position he takes.
Career Story:
Once a high command in SAHP, Richard realized there wasn't as much room to grow within the organization and requested a transfer to FIB. Motivated by his friends, family, and money, he went over to FIB for a better work life balance, but he ended up being walked all over. People would abuse his kindness and he didn't take lightly to these people so he took matters into his own hands with providing fake evidence to get those after him fired. He slowly climbed the ranks and the Director took an eye to an work ethic. Once again motivated by the life of crime with framing his colleagues, Richard has got the itch to work his way up the FIB food chain while staying corrupt and being rich in the process. He also got the chance to protect his family and friends, which is part of his motivation in the legal orgs. He is once again someone who is looked to as a leader and a trusted ally to those that haven't betrayed him. He will defend his family, friends, and org at whatever cost.
Outcomes:
1 - Richard can take bribes up to 100K plus guns to help people escape or to give information or Richard can accept up to 100k from a criminal to have them released if in custody as well.
2 - Richard can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification to any LEO or person.
3 - Richard can let suspects go free if they're his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
4 - Richard can torture/interrogate for information or use truth serum to get true information (using the /try command twice per situation)
5 - Richard can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with /try command and /do (max of using /try 2 times per situation)
6 - Richard can leak confidential information to criminals in exchange for money or favors.
7 - Richard can rob and ghetto clap with friends or family members and can save any of them if they are taken hostage. ( following server rules all the time )
8 - Richard can rob/pickpocket 10-15s if brought to a undisclosed location (Only within RP reasons)
9 - Richard can sell, buy or use any type of weapons for his personal safety and profit and can use illegal weapons on/off duty with being able to sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members. (exception, org weapons )
