2. Why do you want to be a leader of this
specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 When I came city first , I was searching legal job. I thought NG great place for me. I start with Private I , I show great activity and promoted to Major. I didn’t stop I kept working more. I loved this organization , also in IRL I love soldier job. One day NG disbanded , I was thinking about become a General. Today my dreams become real and I applied for this position.
2.2 I have great units for improve departments. I want to make departments more active , I have great hods for that , I have punishment history but the humans change everytime since my last punishment its been 1 or 2 months and I didn’t receive any other punishments please give me chance let me make NG better place.
2.3 NG is most important organization for me , because in NG everytime you must be in RP. Trespassers come , other players come . We must protect gates from gangs and we always in RP and fight so I love this org . Today I want to apply to become a General .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
Departments : Departments is the most important thing to improve RP , like if we don’t have HR department HC do hiring job. That’s will different and RP will be decreased. We have departments for improve RP. I will give all support to departments that will be increase RP level.
Soldiers : Soldiers must have a knowledge about city rules and NG rules , so weekly everyone must be aware from quiz. Every week at Saturday we will give quiz to everyone they must solve . If they fail to solve, they will retrain by Human Resources . Quizzes will made by HC of HR and given to soldiers and will be check by HC of HR . Also here we will use departments.
Prime out
rime outs will be decrease RP level. Like if you want to leave org just complete 7 days then leave. If we saw prime outs we will inform HRs for red flag and Internal Affairs for open a case . Also we will have good DAs.
