Rejected Family Ranks

I save the name of the family ranks, but when I come back to the same page, it is not as I set it, it says a different name, the admins directed me to the form.



Rank 1 - Acemi
Rank 2 - Çaylak
Rank 3 - Kidemli
Rank 4 - Yönetim
Rank 5 - Patron Yardımcısı
Rank 6 - Patron
