Great work! Thank you for your service, Night Shadow 74 Messages. I will do better next time on behalf of all citizens of LS. I will process my 10-15, let the trespasser who surrendered to me run around, and wait for your department to return and process it in a singular fashion. Please note that they were in one cell only for the time of PDA work because one was sent to isolation immediately afterward.

Processing two people at the same time is not PG. However, Im trying to see if the officer was holding by the arm for both of his 10-15s and I cannot tell. I am Denying this Complaint since I do not see evidence of PG and Processing two people at the same time is not PG in my eyes.
