The organization that is conducting the event: National Guard
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: This event will feature a towing race between law enforcement officers (LEOs) and gang members. Vehicles to be towed will be placed in the center of the runway, with LEOs and gangs starting at opposite ends. The goal is for each team to tow as many vehicles as possible to their respective sides within 10 minutes. The team that manages to tow all the vehicles first will be declared the winner. If neither team succeeds in towing all the vehicles within the time limit, the team with the most towed vehicles at the end of the 10 minutes will be the victor.
