The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: a race that starts from the first screenshot at Docks entrance area, they will get jugulars and shotguns for every single one, they will have to race all the way to subs and take the VITO in helipads, then deliver it safely to the caravan end point on the other side of the docks, the first one wins.

Rules of the event: no ramming and no starting before the signal
