2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1. Firstly I wanted to be the leader of Gangs because I know almost all the server rules. My first priority will be to lead the whole gang and make it the most active gang ever. I have great experience leading the gang as I had been under Deputy many times and current deputy as well. I will be the one who will guide his gang, and we will participate in all ever events as i m capable of my responsibilities.
2. My entire gang and I will participate in all events like FZ, Clands, Battleship, Subs etc. together. I have a great network of friends in the city and thy will help me to make the bloods term successful. By the experience I have in my previous RP journey I'm capable of leading the gang.
3. I will choose those deputies who were Ex Leaders, active maximum time plus they know their responsibilities as well. We all will be leading the entire gang together and take the bloods to the next level everyone will remember my this term. I've got a solid plan to take the gang to the next level. Dominate the turf, own the streets.

Under my leadership, the primary objective will be to rejuvenate the ghetto and elevate gang events to a new level, fostering intense and engaging competition.
We aim for complete control of gang turf, establishing a dominant presence in every corner of the city.
Maximizing spray profits will be a priority, ensuring financial stability and prosperity for the gang.
Will give maximum bonus to the gang members so all of them will be participating the events.
I believe in clear communication, giving everyone a fair shot, and creating a gang that's not just strong but also tight-knit.
