The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Gangs have a hostage from leos. They will wait leos in Ballas HQ. Leos will come from Lspd HQ for save hostage. They will do negotiation in Ballas HQ. They have to fight with each other after save hostage. If gangs kill all leos, gangs will win. If leos kill all gangs, leos will win.

G-Wagon
Carbine
Admin Requirements:
TP players
Spawn cars
Give guns
Rules of the event:
no healing/patching
cant use other guns except carbine given by Admin
Prize for the winner:
200.000$ split between last those alive
