Dear Admin,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to explain the situation that led to my recent warning and jail time in relation to Rule 1.3, which states that visiting a gang HQ without an IC reason (such as a raid or meeting with deputies/leaders) is forbidden for all organizations.

Incident Description:

1. Death and Relocation: After being killed by another player, I did not return to the place where I died. Instead, I proceeded to the clothing store, which was unrelated to any gang activities or conflicts.
2. Following Incident: Despite avoiding any combat or conflict post-death, the individual who killed me continued to follow me. At no point did I engage in or provoke any fights.
3. Waypoint for Assistance: I placed a waypoint on the map to indicate my location to my gang members. This was done solely for my protection and not to instigate any gang-related activity or conflict. I did not specifically instruct anyone to come to my location, yet two members arrived to assist me.

Clarifications and Requests:

• Non-involvement in Gang HQ Activity: At no time did I visit the gang HQ or involve myself in any related activities post-death, aligning with Rule 1.3.
• Self-defense and Safety Measures: My actions were aimed at ensuring my safety rather than breaching any rules or escalating conflicts.

Given these points, I believe the warning and jail time were a misunderstanding. My intention was never to break any rules, and I made conscious efforts to avoid doing so.

I kindly request a review of the situation and the removal of the warning and jail time. I appreciate your understanding and consideration in this matter.
