Life Story:
Speedy Warrior grew up in Sandy Shores in Los Santos. Speedy had a friend who was his neighbor, when Speedy was 16 years old, Speedy's family and his friend family went on a Trip together, but on the way some gang members attacked their family in which their family died but Speedy and his friend survived, but after some months the same gang member saw his friend and attacked him in which his friend also died, after which Speedy became lonely.
As Speedy gets older, he wants to make money for the living. He saw how difficult life could be and desperately wanted to escape his circumstances. So, he joined a gang and began robbing ATMs, houses and stealing cars but soon, he discovered a faster way to make money through underground gambling and fighting.
Speedy started illegal boxing fights and gambling in underground casinos and clubs. Speedy started making good money, it was where he started forgetting about his troublesome childhood and the pain of losing his parents and his friend. But the fights and gambling turned Speedy into a bad person. Speedy started taking drugs. At first it was just a way to numb the pain but after taking it regularly he got addicted. Despite his addiction, Speedy continued to gamble and fight. Speedy always look to win another fight or make another bet.
Career Story:
Once Speedy was fighting in the club a person name Rowdy Shakespeare came to Speedy and told him to stop this illegal fights and told him to join the army and start working for the nation. So, Speedy was thinking of joining the National Guard Sniper division. As soon as he joined he was trained by Rowdy Shakespeare, who taught him all the skills he needed to become a successful member of National Guard. Speedy excelled in his training and soon got his ranks, Speedy becomes one of the highest-ranking member in National Guard by the age of 24. Speedy was climbing the rank quickly. Speedy became popular for the number of confirmed kills with 448 kills under his belt. everybody in the organization was admiring Speedy's collection of snipers as he was using them on duty and only to protect his fellow soldiers and more importantly the Nation.
Despite his success in National Guard, Speedy's addiction to drugs and money still consumed him. Even with all the money he had, he still felt like there was never enough. Speedy continued to gamble and use drugs, hiding it from those around him. After that Speedy started selling the Guns and ammo to Black market to buy more drugs and use this money in gambling.
Outcomes:
1. Speedy can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Speedy can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
3. Speedy can try to search for a bodycam ( /try searches for bodycam x2 ) and can break it for his safety ( /do breaks bodycam )
4. Speedy can torture/interrogate for information ( Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15 )
5.Speedy can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6. Speedy can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
7. Speedy can arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
8.Speedy can use XXX guns and he can pick up any weapons from the ground. ( No org weapons )
9. Speedy can drive the cars in mountain and grasses
10. Speedy can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
