2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I hoped to become a leader in our gang first because I was the one who understood those rules the best and it is key in managing other players inside the server. With that being the main role of my tole as a Deputy and current deputy with lots of experience, I volunteer myself to take on the responsibility of managing the gang and using every power statement that I gave you guys throughout applications to push Limitless into taking the spot as the most active and best regarded gang in our community.
2.2 My leadership philosophy is centered around collaboration and empowerment. I will not just be leading but coaching each member of the squadron how to best participate in all our server events (FZ, Clands, Battleship, Subs etc.) The strength of my urban connections provides a strategic utility that will help our Bloods emerge victorious since they add mammoth value to myself and my team.
I feel I will be able to guide my gang through troubled times, and help pull them up to new heights as I have done with hundreds of players throughout my thriving RP journey. I have a great plan to bring the Bloods to higher success - not only by dominating turf, but also establishing a strong power within the streets.
2.3 For my deputies, I will chose people who have successfully lead a gang, consistantly play, and understand their roles and responsibilities. He also said, "We will continue to lead by example and ensure that everyone is making a contribution on our term but we will leave it in the long-term."
2.4 I can do anything and am determined to guide the Bloods to never-imagined victories, raising the bar in gang leader standards.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 My number one goal is to effect positive change in our area; bringing gangs activities to a level larger, more challenging and competitive than before.
3.2 And we are committed to winning back our territory, having a consistent message in every corner of the city which means taking full control.
3.3 Profit first in our gang of spray operators to get every single one gang member financially independent and prosperous
3.4 To ensure that everyone is encouraged to be an active part of events I was determined to produce a good range of high bonus, lowish minimum bonuses for all our members.
3.5 I am a great believer in open communication, in everyone gets their fair chance to pitch in, and that we are a gang that feels as if it is family.
