Rejected Ban for Cheats I 78218

Dear Admins,

I was playing Grand RP Since 2 Months, can say i was new coz every day i was learning something new. I was watching in Forms some players have different game graphics, shooting effects, which looks are very awesome, so i asked some of my game contacts, how they did that ??, I got suggestion For REDUX.
Sometimes i had Lag Issue but After Pirate Event Update it starts too much then i decide to installed Redux. It was my fault i installed a free Redux And after 3, 4 installation
I got EAC Permanent ban when i was testing features.
I want to apologize for using Illegal Redux for my own advantage. i was unaware of that. now i completely understand it is not fair for anyone in the server. Sir i have spend lot of time in this game and i did lot of hard work. kindly give me a one last chance Please i want to play again because I love This Game. i can assure there will be no troubles from my sides again. I Have learnt a Lesson from this. Pls Pls Give me one last chance.
