Life Story: Kyan was born into a small coastal town in a tight knit community to two loving parents named Jonah and Marium. He was always surrounded by passion and tenderness throughout his childhood, this caused him to rely on his parents going to them through every trial and tribulation he went through in his childhood to seek refuge in their embrace. Jonah, Kyan's dad, worked as a fisherman providing food for his family and also his town. His mother on the other hand stayed at home caring for Kyan and his dog. Although Kyan loved both of his parents he had a deeper connection to his mother due to the fact that she stayed at home. Another factor that played a role in his connection with his mother was the duration that his father would be absent. Him and his crew would take long excursions out to sea, and this would cause weeks of isolation from the mainland. One week Kyans father left for an expedition and wouldn't return on time, although this wasn't unusual, after a few days of no return Kyan and his mother lost hope. The police never made an attempt to retrieve the bodies of his father and his crewmates. Kyan attributed the loss of his father to the lack of initiative from law enforcement. This is why, when Kyan turned 18, he moved to Los Santos to pursue a career in Law Enforcement.
Career Story: Kyan started in the LSPD when he moved to Los Santos at the age of 18. Kyan always loved guns and firearms throughout his childhood. This love would flourish in his career as he would join the SWAT program. He learned leadership skills and to show integrity in all he does. This career would give him his safe space for two years until he would receive gut wrenching news, his mother died, Kyan fell to the floor in grief and anger, he stayed in bed for weeks and regretted their last interaction. Kyan and his mother did not end on good terms. A fire had been reignited in him that he had not felt since the loss of his father. This fire blurred his moral compass shifting right from wrong, he did not want anyone do die, rather he wanted to take his pain out on others.
1- Kyan is capable of using torture or interrogation, resorting to the harshest methods if required.
2- Kyan can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with /try command and /do commands (2 times per situation)
3- Kyan can take 10-15s to a undisclosed location and rob and pickpocket them. (Up to 100k and guns)
4- Kyan can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members.
