As I dont have wifi I use to have internet from from mine phone and when it exhaust I use my mom's or dad's phone. You can check that the RWID of the PC remains the same only the IP changes and IP changes due to the change in internet. You can the RWID of the device in which the game was running. And I never shared my rockstar account you can check previous logs about that.
