I responded to a call and was patching a person in the middle of the road, I admit I did not park my car to shield myself from traffic however I did not have much time as I felt that it had taken me fairly long to respond due to me crashing because of bad driving and car accidents when I was on my way. That's when the person whom I am reporting came and hit me.
At first when they hit me I figured it must have been because they did not see me, however I found it odd to believe that as their car's trajectory seemed a little weird, but I let it go. What made me to confirm that they did this on purpose was when they looped around and came back and hit me again for no reason, as you can see in the pov provided.
