2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 After spending couple of terms under other leaders I decided it is my turn to apply. There are things that I learned watching others lead the gangs and things I want change and improve under my term.
2.2 I have always liked the name and location of Blood Street Gang in the middle of the ghetto. With me as a leader and my trusted deputies I believe we can achieve great things under my term and stay on top in events and in the ghetto.
2.3 I believe I have a great leadership skills and people tend to follow me. When I was an underdeputy I have lead multiple events and I believe I did a good job. I've been told by some of the members I should apply, that's what pushed me to do it as well.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Greatest success in turfs
3.2 I'll bring back the old spray team and the ghetto will just turn red
3.3 Every minute activity in ghetto
3.4 Take control of ghetto without rulebreaks
3.5 Attend every single events
3.6 Maximum bonus for every event we win
