[Toghrol Arrsi]

I was patrolling around as officer, and I saw somebody injured on the ground. I made sure there is no danger to my life first and then wanted to help the guy on the ground and suddenly another guy (174139) came and starts shooting with no demands (GR 6.15). He did it twice, even after I patched up by a Civilian.
