Life Story:
Jalal initially followed in his father's footsteps by involving himself in illicit organizations. After a few years, he made a conscious decision to shift his allegiance towards supporting and safeguarding his city's residents. This led him to become a member of various lawful organizations, excelling in each one.
Recently, he rejoined the SAHP with the aim of ensuring the safety of highways and monitoring individuals involved in criminal activities seeking to dominate and seize control. Confronting former allies and apprehending them won't be a simple task for him. Nevertheless, he is determined to find strategic solutions that will help him overcome the challenges in his path.
Career Saga:
Jalal, not an unfamiliar name in Law Enforcement Organisations, a really known leo who dedicated extensive time and effort to pursue a career in each org.
His diligent studies paid off when he secured a position in the Governement initially. However, while working there, he realized that it only served as a stepping stone for him. After 2 terms, he managed to get hired in SAHP, although the governement contributed alot to start his leo career. Jalal aspired for more, so he decided to go back to city, FIB hired him for more back up in the city. A successful term ended and Jalal still looking after criminals in city, He managed to get a good position in LSPD to understand more the difference between orgs.
A term ended and he was unemployed after that, 2 weeks after he went to serve in military to get back in shape.
Through hard work and honesty during the initial stages of his career, he emerged as a top unit and gained significant recognition in the city. Fueled by his valuable experience in each organisation, Jalal eventually made the decision to join back the SAHP, aiming for new challenges and opportunities.
Outcomes:
1. Jalal can lie about a lawyer's availability if a suspect requests it
2. Jalal is always connected to the SAHP cloud via his PDA. (Using proper RP commands)
3. Jalal can do illegal activities with his family off duty (not against leos).
4. Jalal can process without reading Miranda right .
5. Jalal Can ask suspects to drop their weapons upon searching them and keep them for himself.
6. Jalal can carry and use SAHP equipment off-duty (can carry only in backpack and not in car's trunk and use equipment only for SAHP purpose, not personal)
7. Jalal can kill any suspect that isn't following his demands whilst on duty and off duty (won't break server rule).
8. Jalal buy/sell illegal items in black market. (but not SAHP items)
