2.1) One of my first reason of become leader of Ballas stronger unity and camaridie rank system in our org.Because rank is valuable and empowered thing
which motive people to grow and show their unique skills.So ill setup my rank system i that way so the deserving will get High ranks.
2.2) As my previous HC experiences of other gangs i think i can do a great leadership in Ballas.I think i can do my best to lead a great term of ballas and also achieve many
goals during my leadership.
2.3) My third reason is to make Ballas most active gang in ghetto and our co ordination will be best than other.Ill remove toxicity and become like fami. I also try to help out all of my gang members. In my leadership ill try to make max number of people than other gangs.

- Ill focus requirting members only who have good knowledge about rules
- Doing all events with max number
- Ill make a great sprayer team
- Helping all members of my org if they are in trouble
- Remove Toxicity
