2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have been playing on the server for approximately one year, and my love for it has grown each day. Initially, the game felt a bit monotonous until I discovered Legal Orgs. Having never been in Legal Orgs before, I decided to give it a try. Head of department the leadership on Rich Memati during Hiko's term in SAHP, I found the courage to join. Once I understood the principles and began arresting people, I realized this was the best experience I had in the city. It made me more social and engaged in RP situations, which is the main reason I joined in the first place.
I chose LSPD over other legal organizations because it was my first org (even i didn't stay on it for a long time due to some conflicts), and the members there are incredibly respectful. I have been with SAHP for three terms, holding high command ranks during Hiko's, Anii's, and Sinister's terms. I believe I now possess comprehensive knowledge about the organization. And there was only one Problem im a social guy and SAHP is far from peoples so i Chose to Give LSPD a try to have a better interactions with citizens
My primary responsibilities in these roles included:
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
A. First, let’s start with the department and how I can improve the departments and give them the freedom to perform the best way without interruption so everyone can enjoy the Roleplay.
Human Resources:
HR is crucial from the first day to the last. No one can be hired without HR's approval, regardless of rank. HR will handle interviews, experience checks, onboarding, log creation, and training. They will ensure employee well-being and oversee promotions based on performance and dedication.
Internal Affairs:
Integrity is vital. Internal Affairs will conduct background checks, log and activity audits twice a week, and ensure all licenses and health insurances are up to date. They will also perform trunk inspections and bodycam checks to prevent illegal activities and corruption, maintaining the organization’s reputation.
Public Relations:
Citizen support is essential. The PR department will organize promotional events, run crime awareness campaigns, and work with Life Invader media to enhance LSPD’s public image.
SWAT:
will be a department for trusted people that will respond first on each robbery and event
All LSPD members will perform their duties with honor, courage, and respect for all citizens. They will exhibit uncompromising honesty, ethics, and trustworthiness. High accountability standards will be maintained, and continuous training will be provided to better serve the public.
C. I will introduce a lucrative Bonus and Promotion System to motivate and keep the availability of my troopers. The bonus system in my term will be as follows.
