- When I came into this city, I started my career joining gangs only and I spent maximum of my time in this city in crime, so I know how to live the crime life and how to run a gang properly. I also know how to maintain peace and unity within an organization and I won't tolerate any kind of toxicity or disrespect in my organization, so I think I would be able to handle Ballas leadership very well and complete my term under 2 warns or even with 0 warn.
- Being Under Deputy in Families 2 times taught me the values like leading an event or gathering people at one place for an event and I also got to learn the values of a good and responsible leader and I think because of this prior experience I can be leader and complete my term without any trouble and also my passion for crime RP is always another level because I started my career at gangs only and I also want my 1st leadership experience in a gang only. I promise my term would be very active and I would also do more activity than the minimum requirements.
- I also won't tolerate people getting high ranks and then being inactive, if any HC is inactive, he/she will get demotion and the Non-HC person who is more active would be promoted. In my term, only deserving people would be HC's and UDs. I won't tolerate any favoritism or rulebreaks, if any gang member breaks any server rule, he/she would directly get fired/blacklisted from the gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Aiming for 100% Turf
- 100% Spray and above 10k graffiti profit every hour
- Maximum activity
- Ballas would be most active in the ghetto and the city.
- Good Bonuses for events.
- No rule breakers would be welcomed to my gang.
