As its stated in rules 6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing). | Demorgan 120 min or WARN.
I'm not satisfied with the answer that Mr Hisham have given in my forum for rejecting it. As it's clearly visible what that person is trying to do. I know I will get justice here.
