2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• I want to be leader of LSPD specially Because Firstly I see LSPD as an org that is meant to look after the safety of its beloved citizens of Los Santos and to tow cars from time to time to make the city clean with no illegal parking, it has come to my vision that most Leaders aren't bothered of things like Towing, Recruitments, Patrolling, Tow raids, etc I will make sure in my term that we focus in every department rather than ignoring
I have a lot experience in the field of state and serving the state for over 10months this brings me the quality of being calm and having patience in me! This also helps me that I have knowledge of every state rule!
• I will increase the amount of Roleplay in between of our Cadets so it leads to better gameplay result we will host many competitions for Towing most Car the Cadet will get a XXX ammount and many more , we will complete our daily Task and will full fill the curators demands we will conduct 3 GP per week! With Most Numbers!
• My leadership Skills and Motivation Skills make me better than others so that I can manage the org properly without any stress or problems! And I can easily motivated the Cadets for doing their Duties! I have learnt from the mistakes that past leader have done!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My Advices for LSPD to increase it Roleplay!
• We will create a new ranking system to make it more realistic
• We will host fun events.
• We will not distribute ranks for free rather than it would be given who earns it!
• We will implement new Departments to increase the Roleplay between our Troopers! Departments-:
- IA ( Internal Affairs ) -: Their work will be to manage the internal investigation in org
- SWAT-: For conducting highly qualified operations
- Internal Bureau of Investigation -: For making sure no crime happening in the Borders and doing Border patrols! And Collecting Evidence against bandits and helping FIB!
- Human Resources-: HR will be there to help and assist the new comers with training and managing the Ranking system! Organising Promotional Ceremony!
• We will follow our COC strictly

• We will make sure there is perfect communication skills between our employees that leads to better outcomes in tough situations
• We will make sure there is no personal grudge between any employee our IA department will take only Fair decision! Rather than being biased
• We will make a bonus system that would encourage the Cadets for being more active!
