- I have been playing Grand RP for almost over a 2 years now and I want to prove myself one last time as a leader, I have been a successful leader of LSPD on City 2 and I want to continue it on to City 3
- I feel LSPD is a main focal point of Grand RP, it is sometimes the first thing new citizens see when they fly into the city, LSPD either patrolling or just welcoming the new citizens, if I was to become leader I would make sure to keep that culture alive and make it even thrive. I want to make the citizens of Grand feel safe and protected from the very start.
- The last reason why I want to be leader of LSPD because with my connections in the legal system I can make all the Legal Organizations have great chemistry together and make sure we all know what to do and how to do it in a timely matter.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will add a training for Store Robberies at certain locations that get robbed everyday by gangs, to make sure my units know how to keep everyone safe and to gain a tactical advantage over the suspects
I will add a Department wide training every week to make sure all my units are knowledgeable in the key factors of LSPD (Staying out of Ghetto ect.)
I will add new departments and add variety inside of my ranking system, taking some from outside organizations
I will get in contact with each organization leader and plan organization wide hostage training and demonstration to make sure everyone is on the same page in circumstances that hostages will be involved in
I will add a convoy training exercise to make sure whenever my units and all state org units are doing anything with a convoy it looks and stays professional.
