At the start of the POV the player gets into a gang vehicle while not wearing gang colors, he then RDM's and attempts to mercy kill his friend that is in cuffs

I was the arresting officer, he decided to get in the car drive away, then mercy kill his friend in hope he would spawn in hospital, we revived and continued but no rp whats so ever and unrealistic behaviour.
