Dear Admin,
as You can Clearly See That The Other Guy was Shooting in Front of Me. and the Same as IRL, if Someone is Shooting anyone else & you're a cop, you'd Definately take a step against him & shoot him down as he is shooting & trying to kill a citizen. when he is already shooting someone, he is already firing then how am i the one who did RDM? as we can see that he was shooting someone else but still he has shot someone and as RPing as a cop, i must stop him. i would have given demands, that would be UB since he is already Shooting & if i would have shot him with a Taser, that would have been PG. so the only remaining thing i could do was to stop by killing him. it's not RDM as he was already shooting!! i hope you will consider this.
