Please Consider This Scenario.
I'm a Cop who is Clearly Doing his Job Where I See Someone Shooting a Civilian Without any Reason & as a Cop, It's my Duty To Protect The City & The Civilian who is Getting Shot. So I Shot The Guy.
Same Case Would Be Valid IRL as Well. as I'm Clearly Protecting The City & Not Doing RDM.
Also The Internal Rule of IC States that if a Person is Holding a Gun, Then He must given Demands. If He is Shooting You or Someone Else, You're Allowed To Shoot Him To Protect Your Life or The Civilians.
So, in that Case, I didn't do RDM.
I Request you to please consider this scenario before taking the decision.
