i choose to be leader of lspd cause of many experiances i pass in my whole Grand rp life
i also got experience as deputy of state org and also deputy of gang
and tbh i like how the leader work and i wanna try to become a leader
i also have many ideas i can bring it to the LSPD
like snipers departements
and also new departements
spec ops team
i wanna make lspd fun and whoever join it stay with me in the term
i wanna increase the state activity and let the lspd with top numbers in a store or in any event
as iam active all the day night shift i want to increase the rp level with lspd and let evryone join lspd
i love to join state org as iam from en2 and the first i join was lspd and i love how its work
also as i said iam comming with new ideas new departements
new thing i believe if i take the term state org will be the best
i want to make all the state org like same org with doing gp with all state org and clearing the ghetto evry day with all state org to enter ghetto and clear it and decrease

-complete all tasks given by curators
to increase the activity we should have a promotion ceremony evry week
give bonusses to officers in the same day to motivate them and let them happy
i will try to end new departements
also complete term without warns or verbals
with a good activiy
