ID 129350 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15

If you give someone demands to leave in 5 seconds you actually need to give them reasonable time to react and not just be like 5,4,3 and start shooting. The demands themselves were within RP reason so ID 129350 wont be punished for UB demands
