I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to apologize and explain what happened with my account that led to my recent ban under Rule 1.1. I understand this rule means that "Created account is the property of the creator, your account cannot be shared or traded," and I want to clarify that I didn't break this rule intentionally.
Here's what happened:
I’ve been playing GTA Online on my old laptop using my Epic ID. That’s what I’ve always used. Unfortunately my laptop screen is dead.
Because of that, I had to switch to my office work PC. I logged in with my Steam Rockstar ID to keep playing.
I want to make it clear that I didn’t share or trade my account with anyone else. It’s always just been me using my account. The switch was only because my laptop’s screen died.
I understand how this might have looked suspicious from your end, and I really regret any confusion it caused. I love playing Grand RP and being part of this community, and I would never knowingly break the rules.
I'm hoping you can reconsider my ban. If there's anything else you need from me or if I can provide more details to clear this up, please let me know. I'll make sure to be more careful in the future to avoid any misunderstandings.
