This event begins with a Major in the National Guard falling in love with the gang leader's daughter, and their feelings are mutual. When the gang leader learns about their relationship, he becomes furious and refuses to accept it. In his rage, he starts spying on them and eventually captures the National Guard Major, taking him hostage.
During this time, a concerned citizen witnesses the incident and calls 911 to report it. The leader of the National Guard is immediately informed and contacts every law enforcement organization to organize a rescue mission. A specialized team is assembled to save their Major and ensure his safe return, demonstrating the unity and determination of the law enforcement agencies in the face of this personal and professional crisis.
