While I was walking around the ghetto, someone fell out of the car and I got out and shot him. The place where I shot him was not gang law, but I was punished due to the GH 1.4 rule.

In my opinion, the recording program he uses is illegal. Only the game screen is visible. When he closes the recording, it is not even visible where he closed it.
