Can was Born in Turkey Istanbul. He was a Baby that was born to a Family that left him to be adopted but at the end, Nobody Adopted Him. Then he was sent to live in a Turkish orphanage in Istanbul and was Bullied every day until he had Enough and sneaked out in the Middle of the freezing winter Night. After that he got taken by some Strange People and then he passed out and later he found himself in Los Santos. He was taken to the most notorious and dangerous Gang in all of LS But they didn’t kill him they wanted him to join them and if he didn’t they would of executed him on the Spot, So Can fearing for his Life, Decided to Join them. Years Later, he was Appointed as the new gangs left hand man helping them with anything they needed, Few more Years passed, During the night Chilling in his Hideout in Paleto Bay, Special Forces from SAHP Attacked the Hideout where he was Hiding and gotten Taken by them. And then he knew it, he was being forced again to do something, joining the SAHP High Positions and Be Cleared of his Criminal Background or be Sentenced to life imprisonment, at the end Can decided to join SAHP with Completely new identity and Background.

2- Can can take bribes. ( up to 100k and illegal items on 10-15's while arresting or releasing them)
3- Can can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
