2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-i want to become a leader of this organisation because I have potential of handling an organisation with my good experience in legal organisation now as a part of government DOJ and FIB I know how the law enforcement works and I have been in LSPD in other servers too so I know how this organisation works and what they contributes in the city and I think I have the ability to lead a organisation now like LSPD.
-I want to become a leader of LSPD because I like LSPD alot as it is best for going to operations in ghetto because the hq is too near also it is diverse and have more benifits like in patrolling we can patrol in city without a fear to get robbed also the hq is in city not like SAHP and FIB so that means LSPD can move freely in there jurisdiction without fearing to get robbed also it is near to all the famous stores and gun stores which are more likely the first choice of criminals to rob them so LSPD can approach to these situations really quick.
-I want to become a leader of this organisation because I want to make this organisation active as much as I can with my plans and skills to encourage my colleagues because of that I think I can easily handle a term of LSPD, I really want this organisation to be active as it will balance the rp in Leo's and criminals according to the current situation of the server.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-I advice to improve the rp by being professional and adding new departments in the organisation which will not make the employees confused at difficult situation I want to make to make special departments or specific ranks which are made to do that work which will at that time enhance the rp and will be interesting for us too to enjoy it.
-I advice to use all the available features we have in the organisation like the camera radar which captures the speed of a particular vehicle and makes a record of it also people nowadays don't use rp commands properly and don't do rp in a proper way, as I was a state attorney I saw officers not having bodycam of the situation also no proofs of attaching there body cam I think everything should be fixed according to the legislation even some of the penal codes are not right officers are using wrong patrol man guide which at the end destroys the fun of the rp and the worst thing is that no one is looking into this even the lawyers don't even points the mistakes and tell them the right way to the officers so they does the same mistake all the time but if I would be at the place of a leader I could have changed the system and makes things more easier and never never give burden to my colleagues about small things.
