Approved DM IN GREEN ZONE 2.4 LS Airport | 18785

So I was waiting for my rental to end in Los Santos airport and this fellow citizen just DM for no cause at all in a green zone according to rules of GZ 2.4
I dont know why the video got without sound however the proof it self its suficient to punish him and to see that no parley was performed neither by him or me.
