So I was blocked for 14 days after accidently blurting out the r word and spitting on a family that died in a street fight.
I believe that this is not an OOC insult and a complete IC issue.
Might I add that there has been previous reports of people using the R word and it has been deemed an IC insult.

You will not be unbanned as you spitted on a person as well which goes under the rule 6.12. Closed!
