I've been with this server for more than 2 years, and I want to become the Leader of LSPD. I have spent my all time in legal organizations, I am aware of the important function that LSPD plays major role. I benefited from my experience. I have the ability to make my term good. I was an ex admin in grand RP as well so, I know how all the legal organizations work
I am confident that I can handle LSPD properly. I will try my best to make the city corruption-free, Crime free so, the citizens can feel safe and I know that LSPD has a lot of responsibility, so I am ready to give all my time to this organization. I will take the help of many former leaders and administrators to make my term the good.
I will give my best to choose the best deputies for me. I will hire different people from different time zones to handle the problem of inactivity. I will also sign the contracts with many families to solve the problem of inactivity, especially at night.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I. During my term, I promise to treat everyone fairly and equally. I won't show favoritism to anyone or any group. Whether it's making decisions, giving opportunities, or handling issues, I'll always do so without playing favorites. This means making sure that every decision is based on what's right and fair for everyone involved, without any bias or special treatment.
II. I'm focused on making sure there's no crime. I will work with my officers to make the city crime free. We will conduct daily patrols in ghetto to make the city free of crime and the citizens can be feel safe.
III. I plan to host small events every day for our citizens. These gatherings will provide opportunities for the citizens to come together, connect, and enjoy various activities.
IV. Officers who perform well will receive high bonuses as a reward for their hard work. This encourages them to do their best and shows appreciation for their efforts.
V. I will sign the contracts with many families to solve the problem of inactivity, especially at night.
VI. I will hire the best undercover team to help FIB for collecting evidences
Departments:-
Human Resource:- This department will work to hire peoples and giving training, HC of this department should know everything about the org and how org function
SWAT: This department will work as a undercover and help to take evidences, and will carry heavy weapons and will be first units of any spec ops. They are responsible for the ghetto patrol.
Internal Affairs:- This department is in-charge of making sure that all troopers have license and HC of this org will do internal investigation of the org for example: Looking into the corrupt officers.
K-9:- This department will work for finding contrabands and drugs, hc of this department will respond to contrabands and drugs calls and find drugs and take a K-9 unit (Dog) with them.
Public Relations (PR): This department will do state waves and host small events for the citizens and make good relation with the citizens
