I will make sure that my HR team should do proper hirings and training sessions
The biggest fight in an organization is regarding their HCs, I will make sure that the HCs are deserving once (no favouritism) and they should be available anytime whenever one needs them, and IA department should be prioritized as they had the main role for the organization to check that everything is clean or not which helps term to run smoothly without any warning.
