The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
Emergency Medical Service (EMS) vehicles, loaded with essential medicines and medical supplies, are en route to Pillbox Hospital. However, gangs on the Great Ocean Highway are attempting to hijack these critical resources. Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) are tasked with defending the EMS convoys and ensuring the supplies reach their destination safely.

Great Ocean Highway, near the NG Tunnel side
Leos will start here and will go to fight at tunnel with EMS
Gangs will start here and wait for leos
