2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?​

When I first joined the city, I was frequently involved with illegal organizations and found myself getting arrested nearly every two days. During one such arrest, an LSPD officer suggested that I could clear my name by joining the force. Frustrated and eager for a change, I decided to take the opportunity. This turned out to be a pivotal moment in my life—I discovered a passion for law enforcement and committed myself to self-improvement and understanding the organization's mechanisms.

After serving three terms with the SAHP, I noticed a lack of interaction with the community. This inspired me to believe I could make a significant impact as the LSPD Leader.

In my previous roles, my primary responsibilities included:

  • Participating in daily events, from store robberies to major operations, and ensuring the best training for new recruits.
  • Maintaining all logs and monitoring departmental activities.
  • Resolving internal and external issues, both within the department and with the public.
  • Combating crime and preventing corruption.

3. How to improve the Roleplay experience in the organization​

A. Enhancing Departmental Operations:

To elevate the department and ensure everyone enjoys the Roleplay experience, I will focus on empowering departments to perform optimally without unnecessary interruptions.

Human Resources:

HR will be essential from day one. No one will be hired without HR's approval, regardless of rank. HR will handle interviews, experience checks, onboarding, log creation, and training. They will ensure employee well-being and manage promotions based on performance and dedication.

Internal Affairs:

Integrity is crucial. Internal Affairs will conduct background checks, audit logs and activities twice a week, and ensure all licenses and health insurances are up to date. They will also perform trunk inspections and bodycam checks to prevent illegal activities and corruption, safeguarding the organization’s reputation.

Public Relations:

Public support is vital. The PR department will organize promotional events, run crime awareness campaigns, and collaborate with Life Invader media to enhance LSPD’s public image.

SWAT:

SWAT will consist of trusted individuals who will respond first to each robbery and event.

All LSPD members will carry out their duties with honor, courage, and respect for all citizens. They will demonstrate uncompromising honesty, ethics, and trustworthiness. High accountability standards will be maintained, and continuous training will be provided to better serve the public.

C. Bonus and Promotion System:

I will introduce an attractive Bonus and Promotion System to motivate and retain my officers. The bonus system will be structured as follows:

Scripted Events: (20K Each Event)

  • Transport Escort
  • Black Market Raid
  • Gang Raid

Unscripted Events: (10K Each Event)

  • Store Robbery

Additionally, a weekly bonus of 100K will be awarded to the top 3 most active officers from my personal funds.

D. Shift System:

To ensure 24/7 officer availability, teams will be divided into day and night shifts, including troopers and high commands.

E. Proper RP Commands:

I will implement proper RP commands for our officers during every event to enhance the quality and enjoyment of RP situations.
