Leader of LSPD (Los Santos Police Department)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I see myself as a dedicated leader within the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD), committed to upholding peace and harmony in the state. My approach is within intelligence, honesty, and an unwavering dedication to my role. I believe in the importance of constant vigilance to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.
With having experience in holding high command positions in other legal organizations, I have contributed significantly to training/special operations divisions, which gives me a deep understanding of what it takes to enhance the LSPD. I aim to lead the LSPD by maintaining its integrity, upholding the law, and addressing internal and external threats. My focus is on creating a motivating environment where officers are well-trained and empowered to execute their duties with professionalism.
2. I want to the leader of LSPD as I believe I can help promote a new LEO's journey into becoming a Proper LEO who knows the rules and also the way to actually function and participate in LEO events so that LSPD does not fall behind the other legal organizations as they all the leaders have experience with high positions while this will be a brand new roleplay experience for me. I also believe I can change LSPD for the better in various different ways and which is including changing the training system to help brand new LEO's who need help to be properly trained in the field of duty.
3. My proficiency in main management and organizational skills aligns with my commitment to creating a positive impact within the LSPD. I am confident that the contributions I make will not only propel the department forward but also leave a lasting positive influence. Through taking everyone into consideration and grabbing those thoughts and pushing them into a collective and to make keen desicions for the positive momvement of this organization and this city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- The first way I would improve the rp in LSPD would be making sure that all officers follow the correct RP commands in their shift. For example I would make sure all officers learn how to have valid body camera while on duty and also for how they should make a successful tow. For the successful tow I will make it a vital duty of HRT and also HC to make sure that every rookie and current officer knows how to make a tow so using the RP commands to check the license plate and also for how to check if someone has partial or full immunity. I also want to make sure that the current officer who will be joining me in my term are also properly trained by HC or HRT. I will also personally be doing checks in the logs for towing to make sure the tows are valid and correct and will be advising officer on how to improve this vital part if it is not correct. I will also make sure that the officers now to do the VIN numbers rp commands for if the car does not have a license plate. I will also make sure that officers know how to issue license plates and also how to be professional to the public.
- The District Attorney's office (DA) is a cornerstone of justice, advocating for LSPD in legal matters. Through proactive training sessions, we aim to educate officers on legislation and collaborate with IA to combat corruption within the department, promoting transparency and accountability.
- LSPD would be to make sure SWAT has weekly trainings and duties. This would include the following: Convoy training so what to do in the situation that a car is interrupting the convey and also making sure current SWAT LSPD officers know how to escort a Convoy, I would also make sure that these SWAT officers would collaborate with National Guard so that we can both make use of the private area as this helped with the aim training and also improves the relationship with the closest legal organization and lastly I would make sure that the SWAT officers will know proper strategies when it comes to a situation in our jurisdiction such as store robberies . I want to make sure the SWAT officers tactics are up to date and will help the other legal organizations with their situations in their jurisdictions as well.
In general the main point here is I want my officers and others to have more fun and interactive rp situations. This promotes innovate and fun situations for my fellow officers and other to have which in the end will help improve LSPD. we will also benefit from having a determined leader who is there to help and promote rp.
