2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1) As everyone knows, LSPD is the home and starting organization for most new players, and that's the nature of LSPD. And not only that, LSPD is a great organization where both new citizens and seasoned professionals gather. I want to create a term that will create a community for both new players and a community with a high RP level. in this way, there will be both potential experienced officers of the future who can improve themselves in the organization and officers with enough experience who can take senior responsibility to their superiors. and I want to make the LSPD environment like a family environment, I mean that everyone in the organization will be respectful and dear to each other and we will create a term with an environment that does not bore people and at the same time does not compromise professionalism. But this environment will never be an environment that is built only on fun, that does not care about the ranks and ignores the superiors, and that there is no order. We will always try to keep the degree of fun in moderation and try to maximize our RP quality so that people looking from the outside will look at us and wonder how we can keep such an environment just right.

2.2) Another reason why I want to lead this organization is that I have enough experience and leadership skills. I have some principles in life and in this city and I never give up on them. This way I never lose my way and learn new things. If I talk about my principles briefly: Never stop learning new things, give the people around you the love and respect they deserve, avoid lying, never hesitate to show the respect they deserve, be disciplined, be professional, help people as much as you can, never think of yourself as superior to anyone... Besides all these, I mentioned leadership and experience. I have held very high ranks in organizations such as SAHP, LSPD, FIB, NG, and I have guided and led many officers. In doing so, I developed special tactics for myself and I also saw my own shortcomings and addressed them one by one. In my opinion, one of the golden keys to leading a community is to maintain communication and work with experienced people. We also need to coordinate with each other. And we have to be confident, otherwise there will always be a question mark in people's minds and they won't be able to show themselves fully. I also developed myself a lot not only on the State side of the city but also on the Crime side, which gave me a lot of advantages when I was on the State side. Since I know a lot about gangs, I can use this as an advantage against them in events and I can analyze the easiest ways to win the event against them and use it against them. For example, to give another example, I have memorized what kind of RPs gangs and leos come together, which side can and cannot do what, and I want to instill this knowledge in the people in the organization. There are many tricks about this, for example, if we do the Ghetto Patrol at the cland time of the gangs, it will be a safer and more guaranteed way for us. We can give many examples like that.

3.3) The golden key to leading a community/organization. Knowing what you are doing, being disciplined and forward thinking. Not to mention providing people with an equal, warm, family-like working environment. I have seen some shortcomings in other leaders of the LSPD that don't fit with my basic principles. Some were rookies and didn't know what to do, some were doing well but didn't know what would happen to them in the future, some were brutal and tried to keep people disciplined and it backfired. Besides all this, an LSPD led by me will be like a warm family, with no activity problems, disciplined, equal working environment and no favoritism, taking into account the words/wants of its members and valuing them. And yes, speaking of activity, the organizations I saw in the previous periods had a lot of activity problems at night, there were usually 3-4 people and the gangs turned this into an advantage and gained superiority in the events. I will prevent this and make sure that LSPD is always active and ready for duty.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

First of all, we will hire people who meet our requirements for the organization and have a sufficient level of English and familiarity with the rules of the game. So there won't be random people in the organization who don't speak English, who mess around and break the rules. We will also try to keep the activity in the organization at a high level at all times and we will always have active HCs and soldiers at all hours so that the organization will run in a great order without any problems. And no discrimination, favoritism will never be tolerated in the organization, this is my red line and I will never allow this, whoever does this will receive the necessary punishment. We will reorganize the bonus system for our soldiers and make sure that people benefit from it to the fullest, so that people's willingness to work will increase. And we will provide regular trainings for people who are new to the organization and we will do our best to improve themselves.
Departments Will Be;

Internal Affairs: This department will fight corruption within the organization. And it will have a lot of power, and they have to use this power correctly and make good decisions, which is why the department will not include everyone, but only officers with a high level of knowledge. They also have to be professional at all times in cases. I will always keep an eye on this department and I will supervise them all the time. This department will also supervise the officers all the time and every day the officers will check the cars parked in the personal parking lot of the LSPD. They will do Bodycam/Log/License etc. checks on a regular basis and so on, so this department will always be under my supervision.

Human Resources & Training: This department is basically the heart of the LSPD. This department will recruit new people, train new officers and keep the LSPD's "Roster" in order to keep the roster in order and never mess it. They will also organize Open Recuriements to meet new people and recruit them. They will also advertise the LSPD to the masses as an extra.

Special Weapons And Tactics: In short, the S.W.A.T Team will play a big role in the events and will lead the events. This special team will include officers with good shooting skills who can keep their cool. Of course, they will have knowledge about events and special tactics. This department will work in a coordinated way and will never compromise on discipline and will not have problems with activity. This team will be a great opportunity for people to improve themselves.

Traffic Enforcement: This department will be responsible for everything related to traffic. For example checkpoint, tow raid, speed trap, towing and issuing fines. I will make sure that all units do at least 5 tows per day and we will also emphasize tow raids. And we will make sure that we organize 1-2 checkpoints every day. This department is very important for LSPD.

Undercover Department: this department will consist of the undercover units of the LSPD. They will collect evidence at events and in daily life and present it to the department with the right rp commands and we will be cooperating with the FIB during this period. This department also has a big role in finding and destroying cannabis. And thanks to this department, we will be aware of what kind of activities the gangs are doing and we will keep an eye on them.

Public Relations: This department will organize events and distribute some prizes to the dear citizens of our city on behalf of the LSPD. And of course I will make sure that these events are unusual and fun, so they will continue as a team.

No More Activity Problems: We will make sure that LSPD is active around the clock. As far as I have seen in previous periods, usually only 1-2 people are active at night time and this is a big problem. In order to prevent this problem, I plan to make a separate bonus and promotion system for officers who are active at night. In this way, we will see an active LSPD at all hours of the day and LSPD will always see good numbers in events. In other words, LSPD will be more active and perform more than in previous periods.

Communication and Responsibility : In order for the LSPD to be as successful as we want them to be, they need to communicate at all times, and they need to ask for help from the higher ranks for problems between them and not make things unnecessarily big. Coordination and communication are key to winning Events. We need to keep communication short and concise and be professional on the radio. Also, when it comes to responsibility, for example, when there is a store robbery, most officers should go there, but not all. Necessarily 1-2 people should still be patrolling the highway because the highways are under our jurisdiction. If everyone is there, the city will be unattended and this will lead to an increase in crime.

Using RP Commands : Most people don't pay attention to this issue and think that these commands are unnecessary. But I think that by using these commands, we can greatly improve the quality of our RP and enjoy it more. I will pay attention to this in my period and I will prevent mistakes made in this regard.
