Rejected Ban for OBS | Federico Vaultier

First i got jail for MG which i accept my nvidia records all background noice. But admin banned me for OBS??? how? i dont even have or use OBS/StreamLabs etc
i have only 2 recording apps:
1) Nvidia Shadowplay
2) Xbox screen record

Just because my Nvidia overlay did not pop up it was considered OBS?
