2. Why do you want to become the leader of specific organisation? (Explain with 3 reason.)

1. high command experience ​

Since I have been long in city and joined all gang and law enforcement organisation but I like gang because I have spent alot of months in gang by attending all events. My gang journey start in families gang as 3-4 rank by hard work . Now I have high command experience in all gang as under deputy in which I learn how to handle the situation or how to manage it , in which manner gang will run smooth, good communication skill and many more etc.​

2. Knowledge about gang stuff and reason to become the leader.​

I have joined all gang as a high command and know about each and every gang stuff like in which it will run , how to manage all events, talk in polite way to everyone, no toxicity in the org. I want to become the leader of Families Gang because I have enough experience as hc in all gang to handle this gang as a leader because I want to do active families gang by doing alot of events as well as in ghetto by dominating other gangs . I have seen this gang is not to much active but I will ensure that in my term families gang will gonna active in events with good numbers as well as in graffiti, spray and in ghetto as well.

3. Responsibility and aim ​

I will ensure that all weekly requirement will be complete without any gang warn. There will be no favouritism for high command and deputy rank in org. I will give deputy rank to those guy who are really experienced. So that they can handle the event in absence of leader in city . My aim is that doing alot of different events like FZ RAID , hs , subs ,bs ,CLANDS ,store/gun robbery and many more to become the very active gang and encourage citizen to join gang by our activities.


3. How will ur advice to improve roleplay in the organisation.
1. There will be no toxicity and no favouritism in the org.
2. Hiring new comers as well as og in the org so that newcomers can earn experience and enjoy rp by attending events.
3. Families will do 3-4 store everyday.
4. Families will do 1-2 FZ RAID everyday.
5. Good bonus system in the organisation.
