2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

I have been playing on this server for too long and have gained experience in all orgs as I was in fib, LSPD , sahp and gov. Plus I was also on all gangs and I was a HC in all of these orgs. In the city, many see me as a strong leader. I've got the resilience to keep going when others might give up. I've learned a lot about the server and the server rules. I have also became from the guy who didn't know anything about the server rules 2 years ago to a professional guy who knows about the server rules and how to applicate them cuz I joined these orgs so that's why I want to become leader so that the other could learn and become like me and all the others who learned like me. Finally I want to become leader of LSPD because I want to increase the RP level to the highest.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Make sure that all departments are active like:
**Departments**

- Human Resource :- The work of HR is taking interview, hiring agents, firing agents, see the applications, doing state waves, giving training to new agents, doing promotion and demotion of agents who are not in any department.

- Internal Affair :- The work of IA is doing inspection in fib. Inspections like log inspection, trunk inspection, BCG check, license check. They also have power to do blacklist someone else and give strike if any agent failed in inspection.

- Public Relations:- The work of PR is to organize community events to build positive relationships between the LSPD and the residents of Los Santos. These events can include charity drives, safety fairs, and interactive sessions where players can learn about the police force.

- SWAT:- The work of SWAT is attend the events, find the canabis location and confiscate, find the wanted star criminal and arrest him, help the gov if he ask agent for 10-15.

2. make units respond to every store robbery or local or global

3. no one will get hired if he doesn't pass the interview, cuz in my term in en3 they was hire some ppl without interview if they friends so i decide to do that (fire the hr guy and the hired guy)

4. Providing unique and new training of its kind

5. Maintain a good relationship between all organizations

6. it's crucial to build upon the successes of past leaders and learn from any previous shortcomings so im going to try my best to make the perfect term
